مما لا شك فيه اننا بنلغبط وبنتوه فى مواعيد عرض مسلسلات رمضان وعشان كده رتبنالك رمضان وجمعنا معلومات عن مواعيد والقنوات الناقلة للمسلسلات

احسن واسرع طريقة لعمل الكنافة بالمانجو

رمضان كريم

أولاالمقادير:
1/2 كيلو كنافة
4 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة
1/2 كوب سكر
500 جرام من المانجو المجمد والمقطع مكعبات
2 كوب لبن
بيضة
نصف كوب سكر
3 ملاعق دقيق
ربع كيلو كريمة لبانى
كوبان من السكر
كوب ماء
ملعقة عصير ليمون

ثانيا: تجهيز الكريمة:
أضيفى اللبن إلى البيض والدقيق وقلبيهم جيدًا ثم ارفعى المقدار على النار وقلبيه جيدًا حتى يصبح المزيج غليظ القوام واتركيه ليبرد
اخفقى الكريمة اللبانى حتى تتماسك ثم أضيفيها للمزيج

ثالثا: تجهيز الشربات
نذوب السكر فى الماء على نار متوسطة ونتركه يغلى 10 دقائق ثم نضيف عصير الليمون ونتابع الغلى لبضع دقائق ثم تطفأ النار

رابعا: تجهيز الكنافة

افردى الكنافة وافركيها بالزبدة والسكر جيدًا حتى تتشربهما.
سخنى الفرن حتى تنتهى من تحضير الكنافة.
أحضرى صنيتين متماثلتى الحجم وادهنيهما بالزبدة.
قسمى الكنافة إلى جزئين متساويين وافردى كل نصف فى صينية ثم أدخليهما الفرن.
عندما يتغير لون الكنافة إلى الذهبى أخرجى الصينيتين من الفرن ثم أضيفى لهما الشربات.
نترك الكنافة لتبرد وعند التقديم تقلب الصينية الأولى فى طبق التقديم وتزين بالكريمة مع رص قطع المانجو.
نضيف الكنافة المجهزة بالصينية الثانية فوق الأولى بحرص شديد ثم نزينها بالكريمة والمانجو
